Depending on what type of work environment you work in you may or may not have the radio on. If you work in a call based centre at a Birmingham office space where people are constantly taking phone calls, then it might not be a good idea to have music blaring out. So the first disagreement is whether to have the radio on or not. If it is decided that it is going to be on then that brings us to the next disagreement; what to listen to.
Since people have such diverse tastes in music in can be hard to find the right station to please the whole office. Some people like stations that just play music all day nonstop whilst others prefer the chat and news from listening to presenters talking in between songs. You may find that people do disagree with whatever is on so find something that draws the least complaints and stick with that.
And if people do moan then they can just stick their fingers in their ears.
